Advice, Guides and Buying Hints:
FujiFilm FinePix E550 Review
- by na
($200-$300) The camera is not perfect, but I can imagine that the owner of a Fujifilm E550 digital camera will be more than satisfied. The camera works with a high resolution which might be called an exception for an amateur camera. The performance is outstanding, the camera produces a good colour rendition, at which white balance and signal/noise ratio at low ISO are extremely fine. In the past cameras suffered from shutter lag as a typical feature on digital cameras, but Fujifilm proves with the E550, that on this camera the shutter lag is definitely past tense.

Nikon D50 Review and User Help
- by Ken Rockwell
The Nikon D50 is the camera I recommend for normal folks who want the best camera they possibly can get for around $800. It is especially good for kids, sports and action. I prefer it over everything else from other makers because it's so easy to use, works fast, focuses fast, responds immediately to your inputs and the image quality is fantastic.
