Creative Labs Zen Vision 30GB Review
- by DT
Creative Labs second iteration of their portable media player, the Zen Vision, follows in the footsteps of their Zen Portable Media Center, which failed miserably when it was introduced. Forget everything you know about the Zen Portable Media Center though, because the Zen Vision is a completely different product – one that you might actually want. First of all, the Zen Vision ditches Microsoft’s Portable Media Center operating system, instead opting for a custom, in-house solution. With a 30GB hard drive and a 3.7” color screen, the Zen Vision should have a lot to offer, read on to see if it delivers.

Digitalway MPIO FL100 256MB Review
- by DT
Once in a while a device comes along that makes you sit up and take notice. Digitalway's MPIO FL 100 is just such a device. This little surprise comes to us from a relative newcomer in the North American consumer electronics market.
Digitalway has been around since 1998, predominantly overseas and content being an OEM for such names as TEAC and Samsung, among others. Having captured roughly 20% of worldwide market share, Digitalway has embarked on entering the U.S. market with its own brand name, MPIO. Plus: Plays a variety of audio formats, not just mp3.

iRiver H10 Review
- by DT
The H10 is iRiver’s first micro-drive based digital audio player. Sporting a 5GB drive from Seagate, the sleek looking H10 comes in four different colors and features a color display. The H10 is priced at $279.99 which is about $30 more than the non-color Zen Micro and iPod mini. Will good looks and a color screen be enough to bring buyers over the iRiver camp? Read on to find out.

MPIO DMK 128MB Review
- by DT
Top rated 10/10 mp3 player for people on the go. Overall, the MPIO-DMK is the perfect player for those on the go. We say this because the DMK is so tiny that you will hardly notice it on you. Limitations on the size of memory and song capacity, though.

MSI Mega Player 516 Review
- by DT
The Mega 516 itself is a wonderful audio player and there are so many things right with it that it is just a shame to see a couple things holding it back. The integrated lithium-ion battery and OLED display make the Mega 516 a very unique player to begin with. Add to that expansion capabilities via the MMC/SD media card slot and you have a player that should stand out in a very crowded market.

MSI Megastick 1 Review
- by DT
While they lack the extra polish we like to see to make a common product like a digital audio player stand out amongst the rest, both of the MSI Megastick MP3 players are good solid products for their price.

Philips KEY003 Review
- by DT
A wearable MP3 and digital audio player? Neat idea, but how well is it executed? This unit lacks an LCD readout display, and the control system may be lacking. But it's low cost.
